Bechtel's Landmark Report on Building a National High-Speed Rail Network

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) on Sept. 10 reported that State leaders have agreed to reauthorize the Cap-and-Invest program, “securing a historic commitment of $1 billion for the project annually through 2045.”

Legislators are extending the Cap-and-Trade program, paid for by its biggest industrial polluters, that will provide $1 billion a year in new funding through 2045.
